Product Description

QT-26QP280 series full-automatic strip cutting and blank cutting machine is mainly used to cut mud which is squeezed from extruder into qualified coay brick in the process of sintered brick production. The new vertical strip cutting and blank cutting system designed and developed independently by our factory which adopts advanced automatic PLE control, combing with photoelectric, close positioning, pneumatic and electric servo systems and etc. Double wire frame blank cutting machine can realize the interchangeable production to maximize the brick machine capacity. It has advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, simple maintenance and so on.

A.The vertical strip cutting machine can overcome the mud dump, increase production, save 7-15% energy, reduce one or two staffs and decrease working wear.
